Participate in the power of our membership. Become a member of AABA at one of the following levels:

Sustaining Member $150 (annual)
Lawyer Member (In practice 10+ years) $75 (annual)
Lawyer Member (In practice 5-10 years) $55 (annual)
Lawyer Member (In practice less than 5 years) $45 (annual)
Government/Nonprofit Lawyers $35 (annual)
Associate Member (non-lawyer, non-voting) $25 (annual)
Unemployed/In-Transition Member $20 (annual)
Law Students (non-voting) $15 (for duration of law school)

Members can add their information to our online directory, which is designed to allow AABA to facilitate referrals among our members.

Payment can be made online by credit card using our online application form. We accept American Express, Mastercard, and VISA for your membership dues. We do NOT accept Discover.

You can download a hard copy membership application form and return it with your check payment. Please return the application form to:

Once we receive your membership payment, we will activate your profile on the AABA website and issue you with a username and password to access your profile to add extended information, including education, specialties, experience, and more!

AABA is a 501(c)(6) tax-exempt organization. Contributions or gifts to AABA are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. However, membership dues may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses subject to the following restriction: the non-deductible percentage of these dues for lobbying is 1%. This portion of your dues is not deductible for federal income tax purposes.
