AABA is concerned about the privacy of both our members and the public. We use industry standard technology to ensure that our transaction processes are safe, and that the information we collect is secure.
We collect your name, address, email, telephone number and other data such as your practice area(s), date of admission to the Bar, and Section/Committee membership.
In limited cases, we may provide certain businesses with your US Postal address for a one-time, pre-authorized mailing so that those businesses can inform you of valuable services and products. The ability to offer this information allows AABA to expand its resources in order to provide more services to you as a member. All businesses and items intended to be mailed are reviewed in advance by AABA to ensure you are not sent undesirable information and that your name will not appear on any other lists held by third parties. Please rest assured that we only provide such information after a careful and thorough review of the product or service offering. Our goal always is to provide you only with products and services that you will find useful.
