Join our distinguished panel for an exciting discussion about Congress’ recent enactment of the Defend Trade Secrets Act (DTSA).  While trade secret actions were traditionally governed by state law, the DTSA creates a new federal private right of action for trade secrets misappropriations.  The panel will discuss the key provisions of the DTSA and the DTSA’s likely impact on technology, employment, and trade secret litigation.  Intellectual property attorneys, employment attorneys, and litigators are especially encouraged to attend.
