Bio: S. K. Gupta is a recognized expert on leading change and developing minority leadership. He took early retirement from Lockheed Martin, as the Vice President of Operations for Space Systems. He has served in key leadership positions on a wide range of board of directors, including the Department of Energy’s Sandia National Laboratories, Bay Area Council, San Jose Museum of Art, and LEAP.

SK co-founded and now leads Ascend Pinnacle to increase the number of Asian American corporate board directors by creating a platform to network, support, and develop board directors.
