This special reception will mark an important milestone for Asian American general counsel, while raising awareness that Asian Americans continue to be significantly underrepresented in the legal profession as revealed by a recent report entitled “A Portrait of Asian Americans in the Law” (the “Portrait Project” - https://www.apaportraitproject.org/). Because of these disparities, all proceeds from sponsorships for the 100 GC Celebration beyond the cost of the event will be used to support a grant for The Portrait Project’s continued research into the causes and potential solutions of this underrepresentation.

Appetizers, wine, and beer will be served.
