Learning from Experience: Making Arbitration Work

During this practical and informative one-hour seminar, Shirish Gupta will moderate a panel featuring arbitrator Hon. Ken M. Kawaichi (Ret.) and experienced counsel William Adams (Nossaman LLP) and Nicole Healy (Ropers Majeski Kohn & Bentley PC). The panel will tackle the missteps they see each other commonly make and suggest ways to avoid them. They will also discuss how to make arbitration even more efficient and cost-effective and how to preserve it as a suitable means of dispute resolution.
