Thanks for your interest in our sexual harassment - immigrant women empowerment project.  This event has been organized by Asian Law Caucus, Chinese Progressive Association, US EEOC and UC Berkeley’s Labor Occupational Health Program, with input from API-GBV, and co-sponsored by API Council and AIWA.

On Saturday, March 17 from 11am – 1:30pm, we will screen Rape on the Night Shift captioned in Chinese/ w/ simulcast Chinese narration, followed by a panel discussion (Lunch and childcare provided).  Our goal is to make a safe space for immigrant women to report these problems and to acknowledge the deep cultural factors that might make it hard for people to speak out  and come forward.

The panel includes Bill Tamayo (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission), Winnie Kao (Asian Law Caucus).
