The Public Law and Public Affairs Committees invite you to special evening to honor Mona Pasquil, Governor Brown’s Appointment Secretary.  

Throughout her tenure, Mona has been a huge supporter of AABA and been instrumental in increasing the representation of APIs on state boards and commissions.  AABA invites all of you to this special event to celebrate her work.

As a bonus, Mona, along with Assemblymember David Chiu and Mawuli Tugbenyoh (Mayor London Breed’s Liaison to Boards and Commissions) will participate in a Q&A session to discuss the future of minority representation on state and local boards.  We will be serving refreshments and light apps.
