Join AABA's Wellness Task Force for a Workshop on mindfulness, body awareness, and stress presented by Christina Sava. The workshop will discuss ways to use mindfulness and body-awareness to calm feelings of stress and will also include lifestyle tips and exercises to further help deal with stress. Light food and beverages will be provided and space is limited. Hope to see you there!
