Since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, anti-Asian hate crimes and other incidents have been on the rise.  These racially-charged incidents can happen in your workplace, in your neighborhood, and on the street.  What are your legal rights in these situations?

Please join AABA, API Legal Outreach, and subject matter experts as we discuss what constitutes a hate crime, what government or other resources are available to victims of hate incidents, and what recourse victims might have.

You can find course materials for tonight in six different languages here. Languages are: Vietnamese, Tagalog, Korean, Khmer, English, and Chinese.

We also refer you to the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing's translated fact sheets and guides on employment, housing, and hate crime matters.

All paid AABA members can register for our CLE or many other events for free. Join now to enjoy this member only benefit!
