KABANC, AABA, and APABA Silicon Valley invite you to a virtual Q&A with the Editor of Minari, Harry Yoon, on March 17. Harry’s editing credits also include Kathryn Bigelow's Detroit, HBO's Euphoria and The Newsroom, as well as indie features like the Best of Enemies and Last Black Man in San Francisco.
The event will start off with a mixer between KABANC, AABA, and APABA Silicon Valley, where participants will be invited to smaller breakout rooms to network and share their thoughts on Minari. This mixer will be followed by a Q&A with Harry about his experiences editing this film, which has attracted both accolades and attention for its recent nomination/win as the Golden Globes’ best “foreign-language” film—despite featuring a tender, uniquely American story about a Korean-American family that moves to an Arkansas farm in search of their own American Dream.
The mixer will start at 6:00 pm, and the chat with Harry will start at 6:15 pm. We look forward to seeing you there.
