We welcome law school graduates who have a strong academic record, excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion, and the ability to think creatively. Candidates must have demonstrated interest and/or prior experience in the areas of health affairs, research or technology law such as through coursework or prior work experience.
Under the supervision of OGC HATL attorneys, Fellows will conduct legal research; draft documents; attend client meetings, hearings, and negotiations, as appropriate and possible; and participate in other activities intended to expose the Fellow to the practice of law and substance of OGC HATL's specialties. The Fellows focus on issues such as health care transactions, reimbursement and regulation, fraud and abuse and internal investigations, and privacy.
One-year full-time fellowship available to recent graduates of accredited law schools who are interested in exploring a career in the areas of health affairs, research or technology law.
