The Oakland office of Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker LLP seeks to hire a partnership-track associate to join its nationally recognized litigation practice.  Preferred candidates will have 2–4 years of litigation experience, including case strategy/management responsibilities, discovery, research, and motions practice.  Candidates should have a strong interest in construction and/or government contracts litigation, but prior experience is not required.  Candidates should demonstrate strong writing and analytical abilities, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, and must be licensed in California.
