Ariat is looking for an summer law clerk to join our lean legal team. As a law clerk, you’ll serve as a valuable member of the team, providing ongoing support for a wide array of external and internal legal issues that will help keep Ariat comply with all legal obligations and deliver strong business results. Our ideal summer law clerk will have an interest in working in a legal in-house environment and has a background in intellectual property, regulatory compliance or retail industries. We are looking for second year law student, but would consider first years with the appropriate level of experience. Must have a high level of motivation, have a willingness to learn, the ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently. This position will be 100% remote, and will report to the Director of Legal. We may meet on-site at our Union City headquarters, as necessary.
