QUALIFICATIONS

• Active CA State Bar member
• Real Estate and/or Landlord-tenant experience is a plus
• Excellent analytical, research, writing and verbal communication skills
• Ability to independently handle cases, significant client contact and day-to-day case handling, while working effectively in a collaborative environment
• Experience handling all phases of discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting motions, court appearances and preparing for trial; trial experience a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Team player
