Our associates take a leadership role in cases, including investigating and analyzing legal claims, engaging in all facets of discovery (including taking and defending depositions), interviewing fact witnesses and scientific experts, drafting motions, briefs, and other pleadings, appearing and arguing in state and federal court, and preparing for and trying cases. Demonstrated analytical and writing skills are required. We are looking for an associate who can thrive in the accelerated environment of complex litigation and discovery. The position demands strong communication skills, a growth mindset, attention to detail, and teamwork.
