General Counsel

The East Bay Regional Park District (EBRPD) is searching for an accomplished legal professional to serve as its General Counsel to provide advice and counsel to the Board of Directors and to support the district-wide organization. This exciting career opportunity is the result of an upcoming retirement. Reporting directly to the Board with frequent interaction and direction received from the General Manager, the General Counsel will be a well-versed legal strategist. Working collaboratively across the organization, this chief legal professional will add value and support on a variety of operational complexities including land and environmental resource management issues within a diverse two-county jurisdiction.
