    Associate Attorney 1-2 years experience

    Full time

    Working on litigation and advice matters. 

    The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience in litigation, arbitrations and/or administrative proceedings.   Our firm focuses on representing nonprofit and local public agencies, so an interest and experience in local agency law, including election law and municipal government law is a plus.  We are looking for fun loving, motivated attorneys who are excellent writers, and who share our passion for justice and for helping local government agencies provide quality services in the community.     

    Must be a member in good standing with the California State Bar.  


    Associate Attorney 4-5 years experience

    Full time

    Working independently on complex litigation and advice matters.  

    The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years experience in litigation, arbitrations and/or administrative proceedings.   Our firm focuses on representing nonprofit and local public agencies, so an interest and experience in local agency law, including election law and municipal government law is a plus.  We are looking for fun loving, motivated attorneys who are excellent writers, and who share our passion for justice and for helping local government agencies provide quality services in the community.    

    Must be a member in good standing with the California State Bar. 


    Associate Attorney  - Land Use - 6+ years experience
     

    The ideal candidate will be a seasoned land use lawyer, with six or more years of experience dealing with planning matters and CEQA.  We represent many public agencies, and serve as city attorney in various jurisdictions.   We are looking for creative, motivated and solution-oriented attorneys who are excellent writers, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and share our passion for helping local government agencies provide quality services for the public.  The candidates should be able to act independently, and provide advice to legislative bodies relating to a wide range of land-use and general municipal issues. 

    Must be a member in good standing with the California State Bar.
