We are seeking a full-time contract attorney to join our litigation practice group.  This is a six-month assignment which may possibly become a regular full-time position.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, strong organization, research, writing and analytical skills. We are also looking for candidates who have an ability to prioritize and handle urgent tasks and requests simultaneously with a high level of competence and accuracy.

Ideal Candidate will have:

• 2-4 years complex litigation experience.
• Experience in trade secrets, antitrust, privacy, and/or eDiscovery ideal.
• Fluency in Mandarin is ideal – read, write & speak.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Experience in making court appearances and managing pre-trial discovery.
