    Our Corporate Practice Group is seeking to hire a mid-level associate. Location is flexible to any of our U.S. offices with an established corporate practice.

    The ideal candidate will have four to six years of experience working on M&A and other business transactions for private and public companies, a broad knowledge of general corporate law, and will be expected to work on matters in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and commercial transactions. Qualified candidates will be motivated self-starters with stellar academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, a commitment to excellence and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
