The ideal candidate should have 4-7 years of experience with domestic and foreign trademark counseling, clearance and prosecution, including drafting goods and services descriptions,  preparation of substantive responses to U.S. trademark actions and providing instructions to foreign associates concerning foreign trademark actions; preparing and responding to cease and desist letters and other online and traditional enforcement and anti-counterfeiting matters; counseling clients with regard to privacy matters, counseling with regard to social media, online marketing and traditional advertising and promotions; preparing pleadings and responding to discovery requests in federal court trademark litigation cases, IP licensing experience, and/or exposure to IP issues in corporate transactions a plus.
