The Energy and Natural Resources practice group is looking to hire a Mid-Level Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join either our San Francisco or New York office's Energy and Natural Resources transactional team. The position will primarily focus on the group's core practice assisting clients with the development of renewable energy projects but will also involve work in the traditional/conventional power generation arena. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, project development, construction and project finance experience and excellent drafting and negotiating skills. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate the ability to manage small to mid-sized matters or portions of large, complex matters effectively, consider themselves a self-starter and demonstrate outstanding organization skills. Prior experience at a large international law firm is a definite plus.
