    The San Francisco office of Reed Smith seeks an exceptional, preferably California licensed Mid-Level Associate to join our Financial Transactions practice. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of mid-to-large size firm experience in lending and should be familiar with Article 9 of the UCC. Experience drafting loan documentation (personal property secured) is a requirement. Experience with customary due diligence review and analysis, and securitizations is a plus.

    About the San Francisco Team

    Reed Smith's San Francisco banking and finance team represents financial institutions, various other institutional lenders, and company clients in a wide range of finance transactional matters, including equipment leasing, venture lending and leasing, cross-border leasing and vendor finance, complex debt and equity financings in M&A, and leveraged buyout transactions, as well as receivables finance and securitization. Members of the team also handle debt-finance work for large public companies, and financing related to private equity orientated M&A deals and leveraged buyouts.
