Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently.  Character is more important than academic credentials.  The ideal candidate will be bilingual and have some litigation experience,  preferably tort litigation.  Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility.  Our office is located in San Francisco office, but we handle cases throughout California.

This position will manage a paralegal and other staff.  Tasks include factual investigations and discovery, preparing pleadings, motion practice, taking and defending depositions, participating in mediation, and drafting communications.

Please apply by sending your resume to aneilson@aneilsonlaw.com and putting "Hire Me " in the subject line.
