About the Position

Meyers Nave is looking for a bright, energetic and ambitious Associate with zero to five years of experience for the firm’s Labor & Employment Group located in our Oakland office.

Qualified candidates must have excellent academic credentials, outstanding analytical, research and writing skills, a strong work ethic and dedication to superior client service. Candidates must possess a knowledge base in California employment law, demonstrated ability to work independently, and experience in presenting cases in trial or arbitration. Prior experience with labor arbitrations and workplace investigations is ideal.
