Miller Starr Regalia, a leading real property transactional, land use and litigation law firm, with offices in Walnut Creek, San Francisco and Newport Beach, is recruiting for a litigation associate with 3-4 years of litigation experience for its Walnut Creek office.  Candidates must possess excellent oral and written advocacy skills, be detail oriented and possess superior organizational skills and the ability to work independently.  Ideal candidates will have  graduated in the top of their class and have relevant work experience from a top tier law firm, governmental agency and/or judicial clerkship.  Experience in sophisticated real property litigation, as well as some experience in taking and defending depositions and drafting and arguing motions is ideal, but not necessary.
