Our Environmental/Land Use Practice Group is seeking candidates with 1-3 years of environmental and land use litigation experience. Ideal candidates will have litigation experience involving the major environmental statues including CERCLA, RCRA, CEQA, and the CWA. Knowledge of state planning and zoning law, urban infill, CLARA, and brownfields development is desirable.

Ideal candidates will have a distinguished academic background, impeccable references and CA Bar membership. Strong research, writing and analytical skills as well as excellent communication and people skills are required. We seek team players who are practical, take initiative, have strong project management skills, and are seeking a friendly and collaborative environment with a path to partnership.
