Mid-level Associate – Environmental/Regulatory, Energy & Resources Associate - San Francisco, CA

    The San Francisco office of Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a mid-level associate to join its highly regarded environmental/regulatory, energy and natural resources practice.  Required for consideration is a minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience, which could include judicial clerkship experience.  Preferred experience includes any or all of the following: California Environmental Quality Act, National Environmental Policy Act, California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) regulatory experience (energy and/or telecommunications), State and Federal Endangered Species Acts, Wetlands and Waters of the United States. Experience in court and/or administrative litigation as well as advice will be an asset. 

    Membership in the California Bar, excellent law school performance, significant writing experience, and excellent references are required.  The successful candidate also will demonstrate attention to detail, a strong work ethic, commitment to client service, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
