The Litigation Section is currently seeing a junior to mid-level litigation associate. Candidates must have a minimum of 1-3 years of litigation experience, including drafting discovery, drafting and opposing motions, case management skills, deposition experience, trial preparation, court appearances, trials. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.

Ideal candidates will have a distinguished academic background, impeccable references and CA Bar membership. Strong research, writing and analytical skills as well as excellent communication skills are required.   We seek team players who are practical, take initiative, have strong project management skills, and are seeking a friendly and collaborative environment with a path to partnership.
