LITIGATION ASSOCIATE opening at LimNexus SF

LimNexus is seeking a Litigation Associate for our San Francisco office. The ideal candidate has 2 to 7 years of litigation experience, is licensed in California with superior writing, research and analytical skills, as well as hands-on litigation experience. At a minimum, the candidate should have the ability to take independent responsibility for day-to-day management of cases, including legal research and analysis, drafting pleadings, drafting and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions and making court appearances. Trial and/or arbitration experience is a plus. Experience with product liability, employment, defense of personal injury, and commercial and/or cross-border actions preferred.
