Job Title: Staff Attorney, Legal Advice & Counseling Program
Location: San Francisco, CA
Salary Range: $64,000 – $74,000
- ERA is hiring a Staff Attorney to lead our Advice and Counseling Program. We seeks a dynamic and motivated attorney with 2-6 years of relevant experience to oversee our Legal Advice & Counseling (A&C) Program, which for decades has provided direct legal services – including legal information, brief services, limited representation, and other advocacy – to workers and students across the country on matters involving gender discrimination, unfair pay, sexual harassment/violence, and related civil rights issues. The Advice & Counseling Program serves primarily women of color, low-paid workers, student survivors of color, and LGBTQIA+ survivors.
