The Davis Wang Law Firm is a woman and minority-owned boutique employment law firm in San Francisco’s financial district. We are expanding our firm and are looking for a litigation attorney with trial experience who wants a diversified practice including employment, fair housing and complex business and personal injury litigation. At Davis Wang, you will have the opportunity to work both with our experienced trial attorneys, and to manage your own clients and cases in a dynamic and team-oriented environment. Our litigation practice includes the defense of complex employment class actions, multiple and single plaintiff actions in state and federal court involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, trade secret misappropriation, defamation, invasion of privacy, emotional distress, breach of contract, as well as claims for unpaid minimum and overtime wages and missed meal and rest breaks, among other wage and hour claims. We also defend clients in in complex class actions, as well as representative actions under the California Private Attorney General Act. Davis Wang attorneys also defend complex business disputes, ranging from claims of breach of contract, corporate fraud, business torts, unfair competition, and consumer claims, to suits involving intellectual property, professional negligence and errors and omissions claims, and alleged breaches of fiduciary duties owed by directors and officers of corporations, including non-profits. Our lawyers are also skilled in complex personal injury cases and have successfully defended our clients against claims of property damage, medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering and wrongful death.
