Our expertise covers all aspects of the employee-employer relationship, including hiring, discipline, and termination; disability accommodations; family, medical, and other leaves of absences; wage and hour compliance; misclassification issues; reductions in force; claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and/or wrongful termination; workplace violence prevention programs, employee mobility and the protection of trade secrets; non-competition and non-solicitation agreements; independent contractor agreements; drug and alcohol testing; criminal and other background checks; and employee misconduct investigations.
