Hanson Bridgett LLP is seeking a corporate associate with 4-8 years of corporate law firm experience for its fast-growing transactional practice. Experience with entity formation, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions is required. Experience pertaining to one or more of the following is strongly preferable: securities regulation and/or capital markets; private equity fund formation; technology transactions and intellectual property matters.

Ideal candidates will have a distinguished academic background, impeccable references and CA Bar membership. Strong research, writing and analytical skills as well as excellent communication and people skills are required.
