Candidate should have 1-3 years (classes 2017-2019) of experience in complex commercial litigation. Experience with civil and criminal antitrust, securities and corporate governance litigation, internal investigations including in the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act area, or environmental litigation are helpful, but not required.
