Safety Language
To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we will require all guests to attest and provide proof of full vaccination, including up-to-date boosters, to attend the event. All guests will be required to show valid proof of vaccination at registration.
We encourage masking for all guests during the event when they are not actively eating or drinking. The Hyatt Regency will have air filtration systems running, and some of the ballroom doors will remain open during the event. We will also have hand sanitizer available.
If you are not feeling well, have a cough, fever, or symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home for your well-being and for the well-being of others. If you have tested positive for COVID-19 within 10 days of the event, we kindly ask that you do not attend the event.
