Come join the AABA LGBTQ Committee for an important CLE panel on current civil rights issues. Specifically, we will be focusing on LGBTQ/transgender and immigrant rights. The following panelists will present and join in discussion:

Alex Chen – EJW Fellow at the National Center for Lesbian Rights

Anoop Prasad – Staff Attorney at the Asian Law Caucus

Maria Hu Wu – Community organizer with ASPIRE, a pan-Asian undocumented youth group.

The event will be held at the offices of Vinson & Elkins at 555 Mission, Suite 2000 in San Francisco. Registration begins at 6:00 p.m. with the event beginning at 6:30 p.m. sharp. Wine/snacks will be served.
