We are excited to present an excellent panel on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 from 6-8 pm titled "Law Firm Mergers: Why Join Forces?" - moderated by our own Co-Chair Veronica Guinto!  CLE *may* by offered.  This panel will discuss the practical considerations for considering merging their practice with another solo/small firm, such as:
- Reasons to leave solo life
- Merge with others and create new firm or join an existing firm: factors to consider (fee structures, entity selection, tech considerations, etc.).
