Meals on Wheels "Thinking of You" Card-Making Event

Please join the Community Services Committee as we get together to create "Thinking of You" cards for the clients of Meals on Wheels SF (MOWSF). MOWSF provides meals and groceries to homebound seniors or adults with disabilities who live in San Francisco. Many of these people, already isolated and lonely, are at the highest risk of developing complications from COVID-19 and thus are restricting themselves from visitors. To help lift their spirits, Meals on Wheels will be including “Thinking of You” cards in their food deliveries.

On July 18, CSC will be hosting a virtual meet-up where we can chat while making "Thinking of You" cards. You also can create the cards alone. On July 20, 2020, a CSC volunteer will do a contactless card pick-up from your home.

This is an opportunity to express your creative side while also supporting the community. All skill levels are welcome to this free event.
