LimNexus LLP, a 24-attorney, minority-owned law firm, seeks an attorney with a minimum of three years of litigation experience for its San Francisco office.  The candidate must be California-licensed, with superior writing, research and analytical skills, as well as hands-on litigation experience.  At a minimum, the candidate will have the ability to take independent responsibility for day-to-day management of cases, including legal research and analysis, drafting pleadings, drafting and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions and making court appearances.  Trial and/or arbitration experience is a plus.  Some Korean language ability is preferred, but not required.  Experience with defense of personal injury, product liability, employment, commercial and/or cross-border actions would also be helpful.
