Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 4 years of employment or consumer protection litigation experience to support its rapidly growing practice in advising clients and defending nationwide class action lawsuits alleging invasion of privacy under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and similar state and local laws. Class action experience is strongly preferred. The position will be based in the San Francisco office. Must be licensed to practice law in California. This position is not available to be performed in Colorado.
